Montes Claros Reserva is a white wine produced with autochthones white grapes of Roupeiro, Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho in the Alentejo Region. After a short period of maceration, the wine fermented at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. After the fermentation, the wine has been transferred to used French oak barrels, where it has stayed in contact with fine lees during 4 months prior to being bottled. The wine has maturated for further 3 months into the bottle.
