Ordering and delivery Info 

Orders placed on this website can only be delivered in Jersey at present.

Delivery times 
We will aim to deliver in Jersey all orders the next working day. 

We deliver Monday to Friday

Time Slots:

08:00am – 10:00am
11:00am – 13:00pm
14:00pm – 16:00pm
17:00pm – 19:00pm

Saturday:

08:00am – 10:00am
11:00am – 13:00pm

We close on Sunday’s and Bank Holidays

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or bank holiday, will be processed on the next working day.

We also offer a click and collect service from our warehouse at Springside Trinity Monday to Saturday.

Delivery charges

We do not charge for delivery in Jersey for all orders over £30.00.

If order is less than £30.00 will incur a £4.99 delivery charge.

All deliveries require a Signature on receipt. We reserve the right to charge for re-deliver goods unless customer give us pre-authorisation to leave the goods in a safe place of their choice at their own responsibility.

Products on special offer are not subject to any extra discounts.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

We’ll accept cancelations:

(a) Customer can notify us by email before we have dispatched the goods: or
(b) where goods have already been dispatched, by returning goods to us within 24 hours of receipt for a refund to the original form of payment or exchange product, depending on the client’s approval.
(c) We will not refund customer for returned goods until the stock is received back in our warehouse.
(d) If product has been used and/or not in a resell-able condition.

All prices are quoted duty paid / delivered in Jersey, and subject to changes without prior notice.
