Mixed Split Olives with Extra Virgin Olive Oil Garlic and Oregano are carefully selected fruit picked prior to reaching a complete mature stage and of superior quality. A crossways cut is made on the flesh of the whole olives (commonly known as “split”) and then they are lightly coated in extra virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and oregano so that you have a combination which is both rich and velvety but also full of fruity flavours.
Known as mixed olives on account of their meadow green and purple colours, these olives are fermented only in water and salt and placed in brine seasoned with aromatic herbs that give them distinctive characteristics and a unique flavour.
Produced from naturally-cured olive, this range consists of olives of an optimum consistency, appearance and size. Because of their smooth flavour, they are traditionally used most in cooking.
